Joining them on the program is German brewing techniques advocate (and native German as well) Kai Troester to talk about his methods of brewing beer. There is also an extensive Q & A session at the end of the program where all three home brew experts take questions from the live audience. It's a good sample of the NHC experience and a great Brew Strong.
