Hi,

I found you guys through some good home brewing pals, and I must say I really like what I see--lots of good info here. I consider myself an intermediate brewer--have been doing it for a little over 2 years--started off extract and brewed a lot of bad batches, but also some that were very good. Since switching to All grain, I've been on a quest to better understand beer.

I hope I can learn a bit from you guys and also contribute some of my own knowledge
