Hello from Washington, My name is Eric and i've been brewing for 7 yrs now. I'm from NC but the Navy brought up here to washington about 5 yrs ago. I'm currently brewing on my buddy's more beer system until i get my sculpture up and running (haven't started yet). just finished transfering an ESB using all challenger hops (since i have so many) and i'm crash cooling now. i have a 5 tap kegerator that i'm having a hard time keeping up with. guess thats about it for now.
