Well no one is exactly sure of exactly how brewing got started. There are some theories, but no solid hypothesis....

I've been brewing for a little over a year now, but I took a few months off so my list is a bit short - here's all the brews I've made:

1. Pale Ale
2. Hefe
3. Dogfish Head Midas Touch Clone
4. Nut Brown
5. Pale Ale
6. Cranberry Pale Ale (7 lbs of Cranberries)
7. Cascade Pale Ale (Lots of Cascade hops)
8. The Yardwaste (Irish stout with wheatgrass)

This weekend I'm getting together with some people and we're going to whip up three batches - a coffee Hefe, a Sierra Porter clone, and a Racer 5 clone.

I brew extract - with a full boil, and this weekend I'm going to try a partial mash.

Oh - and I live over by 39th Street and the KU Med Center
