Just kegged my version of Tasty's "Janet's Brown Ale", (substituting Challenger hops for the Northern Brewer) and it tastes awesome!

Happy Rat Pad!

I was going through my Hop inventory last night, and I almost have enough for Jamil's Pliney recipe! Just a few minor substitutions, and I'm there! Now, finding a weekend to brew... That's more difficult.

If I were in the Rat Pad, I could just brew right now! Instead I'm at work...
