If you have a residential boiler to heat your house already you might be able to hook it directly up to the steam kettle. That would probably be the cheapest.

Lufah,

Have you checked out steamers for steam baths? I am not sure how powerful a unit you need for that but with some retrofitting it might work.

Reasonable price? NO, the ones I have seen are no where near a reasonable price for a homebrewer, I have seen some that would be sufficient for under a grand though.
