OK, I'm ready to make this since the roselarre yeast is out now. I looked it up in my signed copy of brewing classic styles and the recipe is different from the show. Jamil any comments? Or anyone else have any comments?
Just make which one you feel sounds better.
sour beers have a mind of their own. You can have two buckets, carboys next to each other and get two diffrent beers. That is why most pro-brewers will taste each barrel and then blend in to a finished beer.
btw, what is diffrent in the recipe.
The book it is! Now I just need to figure out what to ferment it in. Was going to use a plastic bucket but now I'm not sure if that'll let too much oxygen in.
someone (krotchrott) really needs to photoshop Jamil in a pope outfit holding up a copy of brewing classic styles over his head. Bub is behind him, hitting on the altar boys.
