Currently using partial mash technique given the equipment I have, but I just bought a 10 gal Megapot with spigot & thermometer from Northern Brewer. I'm f-ing geeked!

Drinking: Amber Ale, Smoked Porter, Oatmeal Stout
Next brews: JZ Cream Ale, JZ Amber, Sweet Stout
Looking forward to lagers once I can get my hands on some kind of cold storage.
