Long time listener and occasional lurker!
I'm a AG type of guy who's been brewing for a few years. My first batch was some apple cider I found fermenting in my fridge when I was 13. I figured some raisons and sugar would help it. After that experience I took time off till college when my pressure cooker helped fix some bad fruit wines...
Since then I've just gone downhill.... If it has carbs I'll try to ferment it. I'm not promising I'll drink it but i'll at least try!
I'm stuck down near Columbia, SC for now but if anyone knows someone who needs some kind of International Manager please pass on my resume!
