First all-grain IPA is fermenting and my Oatmeal Stout is in the bottle (no tap yet).

Next up: ESB or English Brown Ale.

brewing i got my honey ginger beer, and apple cider and what started out as a cider but now would be a cyser. in the cupboard ive got bavarian lagers, honey lagers, pilsners, vanila bean honey amber ale, ginger beer, mild ale, porters, a heiniken klone, strawberry honey blonde and a brown ale
