OY! Been homebrewing for about a year here in Madtown, WI. Did a bunch of extracts, just finished several partial mashes, building my lauter tun tamari night and hopefully knocking out my first all grain batch this weekend (a porter). On a couple other beer/brewing forums and heard this was a laid back place so giving it a try too. EHLO!

Once again, a new level of uckiness has been reached.

(If you dont understand the term "uckiness", ask JP about it.)

Don't be confused... this is a "laid back place", but if JP ever asks you to "lay back", call the police.

Welcome! I usually try to warn newbies about Bub, but its alreadytoo late. Don't mind him and his ho-Mo-Vember. That's just harmless. December will bring a whole new meaning to the word inappropriate though, so watch out!

Good luck on the Porter!
