Hey, new guy from SoCal

Thu Oct 11, 2007 7:41 pm

Hey everybody, been brewing A.G. for about 2 years now. I am just about finished with my new rig I have been working on for about 3 months now, really itching to brew!. Guess I should have kept the old setup untill the new one was done. Anyway I figured enough lurking around here I should start contributing.

Welcome from Central CA!

basically the new rig stemmed from the need of more buttons, more stainless, and more beer! I think I enjoy building as much as brewing so I started on my new rig. Basic rundown- 3-29gal stainless pool filters (single tier), 2-300,000 BTU burners and 1-200,000 BTU burner, 2 March pumps, plate chiller, 3 asco solenoid valves for the gas control, microcontroller with 2.5" lcd screen to display temps and controls. I will try and get some pics up in a couple days or so. I can't wait to brew!
