Hello, been listening to the archives for a few months and have just gotten caught up to the present. Justin even read an e-mail from me on the air last Sunday, so I feel famous. Thanks Justin. Born and raised in the grain belt of Montana, but been working as an engineer since finishing school six years ago. Currently living in Scotland for a year while the wife goes to school. Next fall when we return I am giving up engineering and going home to farm…and yes we raise malt barley. Even though it will likely be crap, I hope to try malting someday just to say I did it from scratch (hint hint - show idea). After many extracts, I was just starting to gather all-grain gear when we moved. Can’t wait to get home to setup my brewery…until then I will have to settle for cask conditioned Scottish Ales from the local pub. Life is rough.
No brew list here, sadly my equipment is locked in the barn patiently awaiting my return. I miss you brew equipment:(
