Not bad for the first beer. Used too much flaked wheat, but it ended up pretty decent. My friends think it tastes reat - but they don't know good beer anyway!

Dude, I listened to the "Butchers" shows in the archive. I've never laughed so hard at work!

The brewing bug caught quick ... I made a cider in the fall from the local cider mill. Girlfriend bought me Mr.Beer for Christmas and its been all "up hill" from there.

Killed the Mr.Beer extracts Saturday in a little experiment (thank god thats over). And made my first all grain batch on Sunday (Bells 2 hearted IPA)

Wow, 2 months from Mr. Beer to all grain? I think it took me a year to go from the Mr. Beer kits to HBS kits to all grain.

I think I still have one or two of those Mr. Beers beers left in the fridge from 2001 or 2002. Maybe I should send them in for a tasting

Without question, the greatest invention in the history of mankind is beer. Oh, I grant you that the wheel was also a fine invention, but the wheel does not go nearly as well with pizza.
