Hello All.

I’m yeast_slurry_speech, and from Idaho. I guess the reason I joined this forum was to make better beer. I plan on asking some questions to improve my process and product when problems arise. I belong to a brewing club here, but we only meet once a month.

A little more about me……

I usually brew all grain 10 gallon batches.

I converted 15.5 gallon sanke keg for a kettle.

I converted a 10 gallon Rubbermaid cooler for a mash tun, and usually batch sparge with it.

I try to keep my equipment somewhat organized.

My favorite styles are Northern English Brown and Southern English brown.

But I like some hoppy beers too.

It’s not all about brewing though. I like to consume too. (I'm the one in the white t-shirt, but don't worry I did my fair share of "keg stands" too.)

Yeah I can see a little resemblance.

Here ya go. I don't have a lot, she just showed up to drink my beer at that one party. I put her keg stand as the first image.

Slurry, like the name. You are one organized mofo. What's in that keg? It says AB on it. Confess! Keep it real. I still occasionally drink PBR and Ranier (said with a french accent) at the end of a long night of craft beers and whiskey.
