Hi, I'm Pat and I have a brewing problem.

For instance...right now my wife is two months pregnant. She's been pretty laid up with all-day sickness. Yesterday she had to go to the ER for fluids and morphine. Last night her Mom drove eight hours to help take care of her and our other two boys. Two days ago I made a yeast starter, so I still brewed today as to not waste the starter.

Can any of you help?!

I'm a podcast listener and have made it about 3/4 of the way through the archives. It's neat to see all these familiar (to me) names on here and I love TBN, so I joined up!

Help with what? Sounds like you have your hands full, buddy.

Morphine? That sounds serious. Hope things shape up for you & your wife.

Pat,

So far your brewing seems like the only thing going according to plan! We'd be happy to help... help you drink it! Good luck with labor and delivery.

Pat, welcome as well. Good luck with the family. Your beer will be fine. Just drop it off at the BN headquarters in Pacheco and we'll watch over it closely.

I guess by your avatar that you are a rotorhead in the Dolphin.

Thanks for the warm welcome! I have to admit...I've got a big smile right now. It's that same s&*t eating grin I had at the NHC in Orlando when I realized that I was sitting between Randy Mosher and John Palmer at one of the talks. It's awesome when you get to meet (online or in person) such great personalities such as yourselves!

The wife is doing much better today. She made it out and about today with her Mom. She says thanks for the thoughts...
