A shout-out from Northern Minnesota

Sat Dec 23, 2006 12:37 pm

I've been brewing for about 6 years, but am still a new brewer. I started in college and with all of the moving around, I haven't been able to get a good setup going. I've brewed in anything from a dorm room (on a dry campus) to various apartments, to my new location in the garage. I'm eager to get my brewery set up and start making some high-quality brews. The BN has been a great resource and has given me the drive to keep on brewing, and improving my beer. It definitely makes the 1 hour commute every day much more bearable.

Extract w/grains with aspirations to go at least partial mash.
Bottle with keg setup soon to follow (if finances allow).
New year's resolution: 1 brew a month.
Brewery name: Wits End Brewery - last few batches were infected (infection carried through bottles, all is well now)

Great to join the forum, keep up the good work brewcasters!

Hey WitsEnd,

welcome to the BN. I have been making my way through the archives too and just listened to a few pearlers. Full of useful info with ample jibber from justin.

please forgive me, I'm sort of new too.

Anyway, you can sing your own praises. Talking about singing it is christmas morning here and I can hear someone crapping on about a "white christmas" on the TV.

bah humbug
