Ya know every time I squeeze a lemon into my Dr Pepper it also turns the meat brown..

When ever I squeeze a lemon on my meat, it gives me that funny feeling that you get when you were in gym class and had to climb the rope.
It's probably some kind of reaction between the acid in the lemon and some of the protiens in your beer. I wouldn't worry about it. Just don't tell anyone about the leomon thing.
