Oh and by the way I just got a really good deal on some 2007 Simcoe Pellet. It's 11.9% AA and has been stored properly by a brewery who had a surplus. I know its a little older but its perfectly fine; honestly I could put 08 on it if I was a dick and nobody would know the difference (the guilt would eat me alive though and lying isnt in my nature except for the sake of humor). Anyhow right now for simcoe we're offfering 2007 AT a lower price than the 08 was. Only $29 per pound before the coupon code, passing the savings on to everybody. It'll start shipping Saturday or Monday so if you order simcoe now (other than just a couple of ounces) it will be 07 (website is updated) and wont ship until Saturday or Monday. Thanks folks!
