Fuck that, Daniela. Just brew it again. It's not too hard or complicated for you. It wasn't the flavor profile you wanted.

Make adjustments... scale it back. Remember you are LEARNING YOUR SYSTEM and that is NOT time wasted but TIME WELL SPENT!

Note your efficiency and brew on, Maedchen. By-the-way, send me some of that blondeness to evaluate. ;)

sean's right about starting simple. you can make a fine beer from one type of base malt and a single addition of one type of hops and build up from there.
kegged-one light summer ale
kegged- one ordinary bitter
bottled- celebration ale
fermenting- ordinary bitter
