Summer Cabin pics

Hey folks,
I am totally bored, so I thought that I'd post some backwoods cabin pics. This is what we are forking out $100 a month for the summer. It even comes with an outhouse and indoor shower. Pretty hi-tech for this area :P . Needless to say I am not drinking from the shallow well.

"This rustic estate nestled in maple and madrone sleeps six and comes with an inviting mineral bath...all for a mere $100/month. (BYOD Bring your own DEET!)"

Are those coolers [on the porch] part of your mash system?

Actually No those coolers are just coolers. I am not brewing at this location. I am making trips back to Eureka for brewing and general yardwork when I have the time (2 1/2 hours one way). I am sure I could start some lambics in the attic with the windows slightly open (great idea).

Good thing you have brewing to look forward. I couldn't imagine driving 2-1/2 hours just for yardwork.

I think you are on to something with the open-fermented "Attic Ale". Just drag a bucket o'wort back with you, throw it up there without the lid, and watch the little buggers take off.

You may want screens or something to keep the rats and squirrels out!

I loved CJ. I spent a summer working at the Caves with my ex.
Great times.
