I have taken the step and finally signed up for the forums. I have been home brewing for a couple years, all extract, until late last year when I jumped into all grain (thanks to Mufasa). While I had loved brewing before, I fell head over heels with it when I did all grain. So much so that I have decided that this is what I want to do with my life. Now I am not sure how long it is going to take me and I am not quite sure what my path is, maybe I go to one of the masters programs, maybe I get a job/apprenticeship in a brewery, maybe I say FUCK it and jump in straight from homebrewing after I have worked on my recipes for a while. Whatever my course I know that is where I am going to land. I just love craft beer too much and get too much pleasure from seeing peoples faces when I have them try one of my beers, that I want, nay I need, to start a brewery.
Now there are things that need to happen and this isn't something I am thinking of taking on next year. This is going to take time, patience, practice, hardwork, and more hardwork, but dammit its going to happen.
Anyways my ingredients for a belgian dubbel, saison and belgian ale are in the mail and should be here on Monday, courtesy of more beer of course.
Anyways thanks for taking the time to read and I am glad that I am now truly apart of the forum. Don't worry i'll be joining the BN Army soon enough
Thanks and take care
