Got a nice lil infection going in my irish red man i am not happy

What kind of sanitizer are you using? Also, make sure you sanitize the airlock, and use vodka in the airlock, not water.

Well no it tasted ok so as decided last night I racked to a keg and left the film hanging on the carboy here is some pics.
