Right-click on the PhotoBucket "Bandwidth exceeded" images and select "View Image". Works for me in the SeaMonkey browser. I suspect it will work in Firefox, and Internet Exploder probably has an equivalent.

click properties.
copy address(url).
open new window/tab.
paste in url.
press enter.
lick window.
