Baltobrewer, I pay homage to your system, one of the early systems I have been watching for a couple of years now, you rock !

I don't mean to suck, I stole alot of ideas here and there, then twisted up my own design.

I do have a large-ish penis, and a very sophisticated brewing system.

I will say though, Savant sytem= very repetable batches, look for me in the Nov, BYO edition
