I believe Justin actually recommended using liquid yeast if you have it available. I ordered my kit last week, just waiting for it to arrive so I can get going!

Ordered my kit today.

I guess this will be the best or worst introduction possible. My first solo batch will be entered in competition! Looney tunes, yeah maybe, but it will keep me on my toes.
