GABF is great I am going again this year but this time I am going to the members session for the first time. Should be good times.
BUT I do have a problem the group I am going with is short 1 ticket so if you have one I would really be appreciate it so he does not miss out and sit in the hotel room by himself. Contact me asap. Thanks!!
Tasty came to me with the idea that all the BN'ers who have Pro-Am beers at the GABF should get together at some point during the conference.. I think that's a fine idea.

Unfortunately I wasn't able to go to the GABF this year but my Pro-Am beer "Goat Roper" will be at the conference. Glad to see the BN representing at the Pro-Am.

Hey Nautwerks.. Aww, too bad you can't make it out. But, i'll definitely have some of the "Goat Roper" which brewery is it from, and what style? I'm not sure how they're going to categorize things at the Pro-Am booth..

Yeah...bummed I cannot make it. Work always getting in the way
I brewed Goat Roper with RAM Brewing in Puyallup, WA and it is a Strong Scotch Ale.

Was there any more talk or decisions made about a spot to meet up? I'm too lazy to go through the whole thread but i caught some sentiment about NOT doing it a falling rock again - which i gotta 2nd. Falling Rock is a zoo that week and although the offerings are epic, getting a pour is an hour+ undertaking in the evenings.
As a local who's been to most spots around town I might suggest Wynkoop since they have that whole big open upstairs area with another bar. Other decent options with room to accommodate the army... Breck Brewery, maybe the Cheeky Monk - even though it's a mile or so from lodo (easy cab or bus ride), they've got great beer/food and don't get crowded.
What do you guys think? Maybe someone already made the call?
Also, If anyone needs ANY assistance with info or recommendations with whatever in/around town or even a ride somewhere, hit me up via PM and i'll try to help you out. I live in Golden (15+ min. from downtown denver), but will be in town for all thats going down most of the week.
