The mash efficiency has me messed up. Usually your recipes are to around 71% efficiency. This came out to 66%. Is that a function of less efficiency from you mash tun with that much grain? What are the numbers on IBU's. Are you using rager? I get 60.7, or am I using the wrong formula?

On the last CYBI, I "revealed" that I always use 9 gallons of strike water for a 12 gallon batch regardless of the amount of grain. The bigger the beer, then the lower my efficiency. That's not your concern. You know your grist ratio and the resulting efficiency, I know mine. Just get a 1.074 OG.
