I just tried my first bottle of the Fat Tire Clone recipe from the BYO Dec 2010 issue...Very, VERY Good! Pretty darn close to the real thing too. This batch won't last long.

Here is the rundown from BYO:

All Grain:
8lb 10oz pale Malt
1.0lb Munich
6oz Victory
8oz Crystal 80L
.4oz Target @ 60min
.5oz Willamette @ 10min
.5oz Goldings @ 0min

Mash @ 154*F - Boil 90 min - Ferment 68*F
WLP051 (What I used), Wyeast 1792 (Fat Tire), or Wyeast 1272

Have the extract recipe too if anyone needs it...I just did all grain so that is what I had handy.
