Well that sucks. I have been lucky so far I guess. Wrap em up in foam sheet or bubble wrap, stick them in a heavy zip lock bag wrap the bag in enough bubble wrap to fill the box.

Uh, I don't know... How about Saturday afternoon? I guess we need to do some drinkin! Uh, I mean evaluate some samples...

I'll be in Phoenix between two different events that afternoon, one being a beer tasting, so won't work for me. Later in the evening may work for me tonight say 8pm MDT but seeing how late that might be for you guys I am guessing Sunday evening is the better bet.

Helping at my local shop as I type this but I ought to be home in an hour or so.

Ok Sunday night works for me. Any particular time? I assume before the show? I usually make my 2 hour commute Sunday afternoons so I'll have to time it so I get to the hotel before our tasting time.
Pri: Community Nudity Ale, Magician Red Ale, Berliner Weisse
Bottled: Paxton's Tripel and Dubbel, 400 Rabbits Ale, Cap'n Crunch Amber Oat Ale

Works for me too. Just post up a time so I can warn the wife

I am thinking later in the show as I have something at 2pm in Sunday and once I finish I'll hit the road to home. About a 2 hour drive so making it before the show starts seems unlikely.

It looks like all the ones I sent should be delieved now from the tracking numbers. Did they all arrive unbroken?

So, Whitebeard, Mylo and I did our tasting tonight. We met up in the chat room then went into a conference call over the phone. I had mine on speaker, and I assume mylo & wb did too.

It was a lot of fun and I think we all had a great time.
All of the beers we had were good.

Of special note:
OregonJ, Nice job on the porter. I wish I was brewing beers as clean as that one was in my 2nd month of brewing. Bump up the base malt (and if you can, add some brown malt) and it will be a very, very nice brown Porter.

I'll let Mylo announce who goes on to the BOS at the RAT PAD along with the rest of the winners.
