I apologise in advance, I'm sure if I could use the search function better I would find a lot of info on this topic. I've used a cpbf for awhile, I find it a pain in the bum. Having to clean it after doing just a few bottles is such a waste of time. I bottled a few of my beers just now by turning the flow control right down on the tap, it seemed to work fine. I purged the bottles with co2 first as well. I plan on entering comps like this from now on.

Can someone give me some feedback on how they have fared doing this. I'm sure plenty of people do it but I've googled like a mad man and can't seem to find many others who have shared their results.

Cheers

Just a tip, use google or your search engine of choice and type in 'Brewing Network [your search term]' and it will do a better job of searching hte forums than the built in search function.
