You know what. I do this kind of stuff. Take notes. If I ad something on the back end of a beer, next time I adjust the recipe and try adding it on the front side. Its a lot better than drinking 5 gallons of beer that didnt turn out quite right.

Congratulations, there is no better reward for homebrewing than a good beer. I dont know why my wife complains about not liking anything she cooks. Pol Incorrect commentary. Maybe there arnt alot of female brewers because thier ego's & self esteem are too low.
