Re: First Kegged Beer

I'm golden! The first pour last night was perfect. Carbed just right, no excess foam. My brother in law and my nephew were there to share the maiden voyage. I was so thrilled that I kinda tied one on. My Hop Hazard IPA came out amazing. My fresh wet Cascade at end of boil and Columbus, Warrior and Amarillo dry hopped. I'm convinced now that the CO2 is the key to preserving the strong hop aroma. Thanks to the Army for all the info. :jnj

Any more?
