Currently I am putting things together for our visit to the Session. I am starting to get beers ready to bottle and I am starting to get some photo albums together on our Facebook page to walk you through our brewery. Right now there are a handful of albums on the page that show construction and some label designs. I will be adding some more to show how we handle yeast, our filter, and other stuff too. I will be posting a few more pics soon. They will be the filter pics, how we clean the hard to clean filter arms, and how we dose fermenters with Biofine.

Our show is coming up quick (Dec 16th!!!), make sure to hit up Moscow with questions for the show. Try and carve out some time to listen live and ask questions via chat as well. I will be bottling up the beers for the show soon, I will post an official tasting list as soon as I have them packaged. If you are in Michigan, try and grab a six pack of our Professor IPA and Bulldog Irish Red to taste along with us.

I picked up a sixer of Professor IPA today. I think I have a new favorite IPA. Fantastic beer Mills. Wow!

Now I need to go get some if the Irish Red. If it's half this good it will be worth it.
