Is fermentation nearly complete (according to SG?) Is this the primary or secondary fermentation (have you racked it if you are going to?) what is the temp range of the yeast you used?
Either way, if the ferment is almost complete, you could drop the temp a little more and cold-condition, or leave the same until kegging. Ales are often cold conditioned these days to help drop the yeast after fermentation is pretty much complete. However if fermentation is slowed and you have not hit your target (or are off by more than a point or two) I would warm it up to finish.
