Chris,

We should hook up and brew sometime.
You can school me a bit on some chem.
I have looked at the How to Brew webpage a bunch.. but it doesn't exactly
click on the screen.

--off topic- when's the next LincolnLagers club meeting? I've been pretty busy past two months.

There are a bunch of Cornhuskers on here. Perhaps we should organize a spring "Big Brew" of sorts. I think it would be fun.

I don't think i'd be able to host the NE Big Brew, space... water spigots.. etc but I can go anywhere. Let's do it!

Too bad we didn't do it on saturday... 55-60F- maybe there will be another wonderful weekend to brew coming up.. fingers are crossed.

I have been brewing with Steve, from Misty's- (well.. he used to brew there.) it's been fun.

and of course.. we can discuss ph.. !

Wayne, Brenden, and Brew Bum,

Well I am totally up for a "Spring" Big Brew. The pres of our local club the "Lincoln Lagers" and I have talked about this a whole lot. If you guys are going to be at the meeting then remind me about this and we can talk with Dave(the pres) about it. Alternatively, one could go to www.lincolnlagers.com and start up the conversation themselves.
