Brewing up a Cream Ale today for a reception. Using WLP 090 San Diego Super Yeast for the first time. It says 3 day fermentation, we'll see.

Only time to brew now is at night. Mashed in 10 gallon batch of Bitter a bit ago. Finishing with a touch of Cascade and splitting the batch between 002 Fullers and 005 Ringwood strain. Any suggestions where to ferment these? I'm planning on bringing them both up to 68 here after a day at 66.

I think may contamantated my wort when I farted during transfer. I had to shut the ball valve off and walk away.

Brewed an American Brown. The OG was going to be 1066 but through a series of events it hit 1081! I had to run the wort through my mash tun there were so many hop cones in it. I'm not sure where I read someone using their mash run like that but it really did the trick.
