A gigantic old ale complete with some dark candi syrup to mix it up. Still trying to nail this one. Hopefully this attempt will hit the mark!

I brewed a Barley Wine on Saturday, OG was 1.098 I was hoping for higher but it will still be around 10% the important thing that it tastes good. I used some molasses in it too, I'm excited to see how it comes out

Just finished up brewing a DIPA. Man was it frickin' cold today!!

oddly It's semi warm(ish) here, although tomorrow I think it's going to suck... You should send some of the DIPA to JP, I hear he loves them
