Boiling away on my first sour, used some really old hops that have been in the garage for a few years. Man, they were cheesy when they hit the boil.

Chinoook fresh hop IPA today, hope she comes out tasty. usd about a pound and a half fresh chinook hops. and 4 oz cascade pellets
Bottled: fresh hop pale ale
On tap: Moose bile strong ale
In the cellar: Taqu'il's Fat Black Imperial Stout
Lagering:
In the fermenter: Moose drool clone

Toasted oatmeal mild to be ready for hobbit premiere, yes I am a gigantic geek, then again so are the folks I shall be sharing pints with at the movie.

Heavily based on it, only to get the colour a mixture of regular and pale chocolate malt was used as was crystal 120. Also shifted the one hop edition to 30 min so it has a tiny bit of hop flavour. Essentially it is just meant to be a good session ale.

Did my first double-brew yesterday.
Imperial Janet's and Tasty Session. Both extract.
