Hey guys (and gals)!!

I first started home-brewing back in 1980. Then after about a year quit doing it. Boy, the industry has sure changed. Have been brewing again for about a year now. The kits are SO much better. My favorite beer is a Bridgeport IPA, and the kit from Austin Homebrew is a VERY good match (I use the mini-mash kit). Now, If I only had 4 more cases of flip-tops, I could do a double batch at a time, and be set... Oh well, maybe buy myself a Christmas present...

When I brew, I listen to Brewing Network podcasts. I really love listening to y'all. Keep up the good work.

Welcome back to brewing and welcome to this zoo we call The Brewing Network. I buy stuff all the time from Austin Homebrew. I love the service. While I don't use their kits, our club has a number of members that do. All the ones I have tasted so far have been excellent!
