I'm new to the forum as well as the Sunday Show. I love all of it...Very helpful and entertaining - even my girlfriend likes it! I have brewed three successful extract/mini mash batches that all turned out great. I guess thats it, keep up the great show/forum. Cheers :D

Willkommen Reeferbrau...
thanks for loving it!
And good work on getting the girl-friend into the hobby too...if she ever wants any female brewing tips, just have her send me an email and I will be more than happy to assist....(at least I always know whom to ask)...send it to daniela@thebrewingnetwork.com

So what's brewing currently?

Prost

Welcome to the party. There is a great restaurant supply store in South Bend if your looking for Stainless stuff.

Without question, the greatest invention in the history of mankind is beer. Oh, I grant you that the wheel was also a fine invention, but the wheel does not go nearly as well with pizza.

Brewed some 7-11 IPA this Saturday. It has 11 hop additions at 7 minutes each, I used Simcoe & Target hops. I'm the one who called in last night with the fermentation question. My girlfriend is actually a bartender @ our local brewery - Shoreline Brewery http://www.shorelinebrewery.com. They are going to be opening a homebrew store soon, I can't wait!!!
