Hello from Spokane, WA

Hey everybody, I'm a chemistry major at EWU who just got into brewing this last year. Ive only done extract/partial mash brewing so far but I'm already planning on getting into all grain if funds permit =)
I hope to learn a lot from here and have a lot of fun!
Give em' the boot!

Hey, welcome! I'm a Zag myself, graduated in '06. Welcome to the craziness.
Make the switch to all-grain, it saves you money in the long run, and you have more control over your beer. But at the same time you have more to monitor and more room for error. Personally I love that part of it.
Best of luck and cheers!

Welcome!

I'm pretty new too and have just made the switch to AG. It is more work but I am more proud of the beer.
