Howdy all!
I just ran into this forum and decided to register. I am a resident of Knoxville, TN (regretably) , but we are planning to relocate to either Minnesota or Bend, OR after she graduates from Veterinary school. So far we've brewed and consumed a ginger beer that is very similar to the recipe in the Zymergy (sp?) newbie issue. We currently have a milk stout finishing up with primary. We brew extract with specialty grains and will probably continue to do such for a while.
