Hey from South Jersey

Mon Dec 15, 2008 7:20 am

What's up guys? Just wanted to say hello. I have been listening to the archives of the Session and Brewing Classic Styles for some time. I am just now getting involved in this forum.

Welcome to the inanity! :asshat:

What's your brewing backround?

If you've been listening to the shows I guess you already know to watch out for bub (pronounced "boob") and that you shouldn't been over around JP.

Been brewing for two years. Twelve or thirteen batches under my belt. Three are all-grain batch sparge batches.

Not my part of Jersey. Once you get closer to Philly or NYC the aroma changes. The air in my part of NJ is actually pretty fresh.

I am located in Cumberland County, which is actually South of the Mason-Dixon.

I would ask you what exit, but that would be rude. I'll let someone else do it.
