lol no not into meth I've just always been called that... well at least ever since they introduced that character on southpark.
Like most homebrewers I like to play around and experiment but really I'm trying to go to the basics. I heard on one show the best way to learn a ton about brewing and variables is to attempt to brew the same exact brew 5 times in a row. I am REALLY interested in doing this.
I am a partial mash brewer currently. I upgrade my equipment little by little. I am getting ready for the plunge into all grain just give me a little more time lol.
