Hello, just joined this forum. I am a relatively new brewer at home, and just finished my 3rd batch ever! a pumpkin pie spiced oktoberfest beer. I bottled about 7 days ago, but had to try it a little early. I added about a pound of organic cane sugar at the beginning and it is alcohol infused to say the least. two test beers got me a little buzz to be sure! well i am impatient but that is changing. i am 26 and about to have my first child. a baby girl. my wife is making a ginger mead and it should be ready to drink by the time she is done breast feeding, if i may be direct about all that. anyway glad to find a forum of interested folks and any feedback or conversation will be greatly appreciated!
