Hello from Nor Cal

Fri Aug 29, 2008 9:17 am

Hi. Love the show. I'm around 20 shows deep into the archive. Got hooked when I downloaded and listened when my brother, Cuda, was on the show. Just moved from SF out to Vacaville. Now I have all the room I'll need to get my all grain system up and running. Looking to try and make it up to NCHF if the new wife lets me out. Keep up the good work guys.

Welcome! You are fortunate. Now when your wife accuses you of being totally addicted to brewing and the BN you can always blame your brother!

Good luck on going all grain. If you have any questions ask away.

If you have the same brewing gene your beer must be great.

Thanks for the encouragement. Trying to get a brew out before monday but the 90º-100º Vacaville weather is way different than SF's. So I'm sure I can't get my fermentation temp down in the high 60ºs without a fridge. How well does Ice cubes work? Any other ideas?

Welcome Steam!

As far as being Cuda's brother, we forgive you. We know you didn't have a choice. :D
