Greetings BN neighbors.

Recently changed jobs and started commuting into San Francisco... leaving me lots of time to listen to brewing radio every day.

How could I have missed the BN all this time? And all the jackassery going on in the forum? Jeez... hilarious.

Anyway, looking forward to joining the army.

My new office is at 2nd and Bryant. Anyone know of any good breweries in the area? And how far is that from the Giants park, like 2 blocks?

Ummm.. yeah. Like you're only next door to the City's best brewpub, 21st Amendment (whose head brewer Shaun O'Sullivan is a regular here). The pub is about a block down the hill from you towards the ballpark.

Welcome. Working so close to the 21A could be dangerous.

Always great to see new listeners.

Sure. I was planning on brewing an APA and IPA this weekend, but it looks like my B3 order isn't going to make it in time.

I'm going to bottle another APA this weekend along with a stout for St Paddy's day that have both been sitting in primary for about 3 weeks or so, and I have my first lager that should be finishing up fermentation and be ready for lagering.

And I just finished drinking a porter (I held some back to maybe submit to a competition or two and for my wife to have after she's not preggo anymore) and am starting in to a rye IPA that's still a little green, but good.

I recently switched to all-grain... am about 4 or 5 batches in. I now need to ramp up production to meet demand!

Welcome to the forum, and it won't be long before "563 second street just two blocks from Giants Park" is seared into your eardrums.

Now go get a can of beer!
I think I've had about enough beer tonight...Now I need some Whiskey to sober up
