Kev, what part of Queensland are you from? Isn't Brissy in Queensland? If so, watch out for Oz. He loves drunk jinga and young koalas.

Thanks everyone, I'm on the Gold Coast, about an hour south of Brisbane.

I'd brewed kits for a few years and then got more into partial mashing and grains and stuff in the last two years.
