Greetings fellow hopheads!

Just getting back into homebrewing after a decade break. I was one of four that started the Bay Area Mashtronauts here in Houston in 1991. started with partial which lasted 3 batches then went to all grain and have stayed there. I just finished my brew system, FrankenBrutus, that sat in the garage for 10 years and have brewed one batch so far on it. I used a friends system to do two, Kolsh (now on tap) and an IPA. My first on my system was an Oatmeal Stout and my next one is a Brown Ale. I was disappointed as I only got 60% efficency, but my water pH probably was not right, I now have a pH meter. I can get 3 batches in my fermentation refrigerator, serve four from my corni serving frig. with two more getting conditioned (6 total). I just rebuilt my beer engine and should have a pin firkin by next week. I hope to get my system efficency up to 80-84% so I can nail my recipes. I am updating my home page with pictures and will list later.
